WARRANTY POLICY
Our commitment to quality is backed by a 3-month limited warranty, provided the following mandatory conditions are met:
1. The "No-Fit" Condition
The warranty is only valid for uninstalled panels.
- Dry Testing Only: Customers must test the LCD by connecting the flex cables to the motherboard without removing the protective films or applying any adhesive/glue.
- Void on Installation: Once the panel is fitted, glued, or screwed into a frame, the warranty is immediately voided.
2. The "No-Damage" Condition
The panel must be returned in its original physical condition.
- Zero Physical Damage: This includes no cracks (even internal hairline cracks), no chipped edges, and no torn or over-bent flex cables.
- Seal Integrity: All MRT warranty stickers, stamps, and protective plastic layers must be intact and untampered with.
Claim Valuation
Any approved warranty claim, return, or exchange will be processed based on the Current Market Rate at the time of the claim settlement, rather than the original purchase price.
